Funds directed to the production, enhancement and commercialization of gemstone batches for international markets.

Campo Formoso · Bahia · Brazil
ELYRA offers investment opportunities formalized through remunerated loan agreements, backed by physical lots of emeralds assessed through independent gemological reports and held in secure custody. The entire process is supported by an integrated proprietary supply chain, from extraction in Campo Formoso, Bahia, to international commercialization in global centers such as Dubai.
Its institutional value lies in the continuity between stages—and in clarity about who is responsible for each one.

Funds directed to the production, enhancement and commercialization of gemstone batches for international markets.
ELYRA offers investment opportunities formalized through remunerated loan agreements. Funds made available are directed to the production, enhancement and commercialization of gemstone batches intended for international markets.
The opportunity is organized across seven contractual dimensions:
Funds made available by investors are directed to the production, enhancement and commercialization of gemstone batches intended for international markets.
Investor remuneration is established in advance in the agreement, with interest, term and payment conditions defined. The investor has prior visibility into the operation’s financial parameters, without remuneration being directly tied to the individual sale result of each batch.
When provided for in the loan agreement, an additional bonus may apply if the sale result exceeds the ceiling established in the contractual instrument. This payment is contingent and depends on the occurrence of the expressly agreed condition.
The contract offered by ELYRA is a loan entered into directly between ELYRA and the investor, with terms defined in a private instrument. Remuneration terms do not represent a guarantee of future results.
As a structuring policy, the funds raised represent only a fraction of the value stated in the appraisal reports for the batches. This relationship seeks to provide an additional coverage margin and reinforce the strength of the collateral associated with the loan agreements.
Batches linked to the operation are held in independent custody and have insurance coverage according to the conditions, limits and procedures set out in the respective agreements. In the event of a covered loss, insurance proceeds are allocated according to the contractual structure applicable to investors.
All matters relating to remuneration, collateral, custody, insurance, batch commercialization, bonuses and payment conditions are detailed in the loan agreement.
The structure combines a remunerated loan agreement, gemstone batches pledged as collateral, independent custody and insurance coverage. This real collateral gives the investor a concrete patrimonial reference when analyzing the operation.
Interest rates applied by ELYRA in its loan agreements generally exceed references observed in traditional fixed-income investments. The ELYRA contract is not, however, a fixed-income investment: it is a direct loan between ELYRA and the investor.
The existence, scope and conditions of any collateral, coverage, bonus or payment are those provided in the loan agreement applicable to each operation. For more information, contact contato@elyragroup.com.br. One of our consultants can schedule a meeting to present the details of the opportunity.
ELYRA maintains a strategic partnership with Texas Holding and its subsidiaries, companies within the same economic group that conduct gemstone-mining operations. This integration brings the origin of the assets closer to their commercialization structure, reduces dependence on intermediaries and expands visibility across the supply chain.
The supply strategy is organized across five complementary dimensions:
Texas Mineração, a subsidiary of Texas Holding, and the group’s other operating companies participate in mineral production. This relationship provides direct access to origin and closer coordination between extraction, technical selection and the commercial structuring of batches.
ELYRA retains the flexibility to assess and select additional suppliers whenever that alternative benefits the operation and meets its criteria for security, quality and gemstone origin. The strategy combines direct access to production with activity involving selected partners.
The principal mining operation linked to production is located in Campo Formoso, Bahia, a region internationally recognized for occurrences of emeralds and emerald-bearing beryl boulders. The area is a relevant center for materials intended for cutting and for singular mineral specimens.
After extraction, emeralds are classified according to their gemological characteristics. Gemstones identified as AAA—a category associated with superior quality attributes and appreciation potential—are directed to cutting to reveal color, transparency, brilliance and proportion.
In addition to individual gemstones, the operation may supply beryl boulders—unique natural mineral formations containing embedded emeralds. These specimens may range from a few kilograms to hundreds of kilograms and are significant for their rarity, appearance, dimensions and concentration of crystals.
At international auctions, specimens with exceptional characteristics may achieve substantial values, including amounts in the millions of dollars. This reference depends on the specific attributes of each specimen and market conditions and does not constitute an estimate, price guarantee or expected realization value for any ELYRA boulder.
The combination of access to origin, technical classification, quality selection and value-add possibilities reinforces ELYRA’s operational foundation for structuring gemstone batches for international markets.
Supply combines production linked to Texas Holding and its subsidiaries with the possibility of additional partners subject to ELYRA’s criteria for security, quality and origin.
Assessing an emerald is a rigorous technical process undertaken to determine its gemological characteristics, quality and market value. Unlike other gemstones, emeralds are appreciated not only for their rarity, but also for the distinctive combination of color, transparency, cutting and origin.
The analysis primarily considers the following factors:
Color is one of the most significant attributes. Higher-quality emeralds display an intense, vivid green with a balanced relationship between saturation and brightness. Excessively light or dark tones, as well as a pronounced yellowish or bluish cast, may affect classification and pricing.
Natural inclusions are common in emeralds and form part of their geological identity. The assessment considers the quantity, position, visibility and effect of these characteristics on the gemstone’s transparency, brilliance and durability.
Precise cutting enhances the gemstone’s color, brilliance and proportions. The traditional emerald cut is widely used for its ability to reveal the gemstone’s elegance and visual depth.
Weight is measured in carats, but its effect on value always depends on its relationship with the other quality criteria. Larger emeralds with superior color and transparency tend to be rarer.
The analysis also identifies any treatments applied to the gemstone and reviews information concerning its provenance. These elements are relevant to commercial transparency and the appropriate formation of value.
Emeralds may be classified into different quality categories according to color intensity, transparency, the presence of inclusions, cutting quality and degree of rarity. In general terms, gemstones with a more intense green, good transparency, less apparent inclusions and well-executed cutting are positioned in higher ranges of quality and value.
The assessment of ELYRA emeralds is conducted by independent professionals outside the group who are graduates of the GIA — Gemological Institute of America, an internationally recognized institution for gemological education, research and grading. This technical qualification supports an analysis based on globally recognized criteria and contributes to consistency, reliability and transparency in gemstone assessment.
The use of internationally recognized parameters strengthens the commercial presentation of emeralds in different markets and gives buyers and investors more consistent information with which to compare characteristics, understand classification and consider the technical formation of value for each gemstone.
No assessment stage is performed internally by ELYRA. The analysis is conducted exclusively by independent professionals outside the group.
ELYRA adopts an independent custody structure for gemstone batches pledged as collateral under direct loan agreements entered into between investors and ELYRA. The batches do not remain under ELYRA’s direct control: they are held by an independent institution under specific contractual rules governing movement and any release from custody.
This structure is designed to promote greater transparency, segregation of custody and operational predictability for investors.
Custody accompanies each batch through five contractually defined moments:
The gemstone batch is identified and pledged as collateral under the direct loan agreement entered into between the investors and ELYRA.
The batch is held by an independent custodian and does not remain under ELYRA’s direct control. Conditions governing its movement and release are established in the applicable contractual instrument.
Before any release, investors receive notice of the movement, the intended method of commercialization and the available information concerning where and when the sale or auction will take place.
Release from custody occurs exclusively for commercialization by auction or direct sale, always in accordance with the conditions established in the applicable agreements.
After the sale is completed, the proceeds are deposited into the account designated in advance by the loan agreement. Amounts due to investors are paid from that account according to the contractually established rules, conditions and priorities.
Communications concerning movement follow security requirements intended to preserve batch integrity and the confidentiality of operational information throughout the process. The level of detail communicated observes these safeguards while maintaining the visibility contractually assured to investors.
All procedures relating to custody, movement, commercialization of batches and allocation of proceeds are detailed in the loan agreements so that investors have prior visibility into the applicable structure, conditions and operational sequence.
The custodian, settlement account, release conditions and payment priorities are those defined in the loan agreement applicable to each operation.
Gemstones produced by ELYRA’s partners undergo technical selection according to their gemological attributes and quality levels. Only gemstones classified as AAA—a category associated with superior color, transparency and potential for appreciation—are directed to cutting.
Value creation follows four technical and commercial moments:
Each gemstone is analyzed according to its gemological attributes and quality level. Gemstones classified as AAA are selected for the cutting stage.
Selected gemstones are sent to internationally recognized centers of cutting excellence, including specialized hubs in India and Belgium. Cutting reveals color, brilliance and proportions and expands the gemstone’s ability to enter international markets.
Gemstones that do not proceed immediately to cutting may also undergo procedures intended to improve aspects such as color and transparency. When applicable, these procedures are identified and considered in the assessment and commercialization of the gemstones.
Beginning in the rough, cutting and enhancement add commercial value by revealing color, brilliance, transparency and proportions. A cut gemstone may achieve a value significantly above its production value; the magnitude of that appreciation varies according to the individual characteristics of the gemstone and market conditions at the time of commercialization.
Rigorous selection, cutting and enhancement reinforce the quality and economic value of gemstone batches pledged as collateral under loan agreements, providing investors with an additional layer of security grounded in the gemstones themselves.
These processes form part of ELYRA’s operational strategy for adding value to gemstone batches and contribute to a more robust collateral structure supported by the technical quality and economic potential of the gemstones in international markets.
This layer of security derives from the batch pledged as collateral. Remuneration, interest, timeframes and payment obligations follow exclusively the terms agreed in the loan agreement, without direct participation by the investor in sale proceeds or exposure to fluctuations in the gemstones’ market price.
Gemstone batches commercialized by ELYRA are directed to international markets, with direct-sale and auction alternatives at recognized industry centers, including India, Europe and Dubai.
International commercialization is organized across four complementary fronts:
Batches may be negotiated through direct sale or auctions according to the characteristics of the gemstones, the applicable commercial strategy and market conditions.
Commercial activity considers alternatives in India, Europe and Dubai, connecting batches to different contexts for international negotiation.
In Dubai, ELYRA has established a commercialization channel with a company based in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), expanding connectivity with markets across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa and access to commercial networks, specialized service providers and potential international buyers.
DMCC brings together more than 26,000 registered companies from more than 180 countries, active across more than 1,000 licensed business activities. Recognized as a global free zone by fDi, a Financial Times publication, for nine consecutive years, it provides a structured environment for companies operating internationally.
For the gemstone market, DMCC maintains an ecosystem dedicated to colored gemstones and diamond trading. According to DMCC itself, the Dubai Diamond Exchange constitutes the world’s largest precious-stone tender hub, offering infrastructure directed to the specialized trade of gemological assets.
ELYRA’s commercial relationship with a company established in this environment provides a strategic channel for the commercialization of batches, supporting documentation, traceability and verification procedures applicable to international operations. This structure expands market-access possibilities and reinforces the operational organization adopted by ELYRA in the negotiation of its assets.
ELYRA adopts compliance procedures directed to mitigating risks related to money laundering, terrorist financing and other related crimes. Operations seek to observe documentary requirements, internal controls and traceability practices compatible with the transactions carried out, as well as applicable principles of Brazilian anti-money-laundering legislation, including Law No. 9,613/1998.
